Hi, I’m Natalie

Passion for baking has been the cornerstone in all the ups and downs in my life. After a personally difficult 2025 marked with grief and job loss, I wanted to bring a distant dream of sharing tasty baked treats with the community into reality. Life can give us a chance to try out hard yet fulfilling goals, when we become daring enough. With CheeseCat, I would like to bring a smile on people’s faces when they take a bite from my hand-crafted cheesecakes. I would like to be a small slice during people’s face-to-face celebrations and gatherings. In a world craving social connection, I can only hope that my cheesecakes can be an excuse to invite a friend or neighbour over for tea or coffee to share a chat together.
